GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - ATLANTE PROPS
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions for remote sales and delivery of products offered for sale via the "Atlante Props.com" platform, accessible at: https://atlanteprops.com/, by the company ATLANTE PROPS, registered with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Somme, SIREN number: 838 538 494.

The "Client" as referred to in these Terms and Conditions is any individual or legal entity making a purchase of products through the online store on this website.
Any order confirmation or delivery note received without written objection shall constitute acceptance of these terms of sale.
Article 2: Delivery
Ordered and paid items will be shipped to the delivery address validated through the payment platform. No other delivery address will be accepted than the one shown on the order summary. In case of a change, the order will be canceled and the client must place a new order with the updated information and bear any additional associated costs.
Worldwide shipping is available.
Orders are shipped using the postal service “LA POSTE” through the following services:
Colissimo Home Delivery: Parcel delivered without signature or insurance. No claims will be accepted for this delivery method.
Colissimo Home Delivery with Signature: Parcel delivered with signature and insurance. In case of loss, theft, or damage, the order will be replaced, subject to product availability.
International Orders (outside the EU): ATLANTE PROPS is not responsible for any import taxes or duties. It is the client’s responsibility to inquire about such charges in their country of delivery.
If the client wishes to use a specific shipping method (e.g., using a DHL account), they must contact ATLANTE PROPS prior to placing the order to arrange for specific shipping terms.
Example: If a client wants to ship using DHL and cover the shipping costs via their own DHL account, ATLANTE PROPS will only charge for the product and packaging, within reasonable limits. If additional effort is required (e.g., traveling to another city or spending more time than usual), the client will be informed in advance of any extra charges for approval.
ATLANTE PROPS is not responsible for any customs fees incurred upon the parcel’s arrival. No claims, returns, or reimbursements will be accepted for such fees.
Orders are typically dispatched once or twice a week on Fridays and/or Saturdays.
Article 3: Pricing
Product prices are those displayed on the platform at the time of ordering. ATLANTE PROPS reserves the right to change its prices at any time but commits to applying the rates indicated at the time of your order.
Product prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding packaging and delivery fees. These additional costs are detailed at checkout.
Article 4: Cancellation / Withdrawal
All orders are final. No returns are accepted.
Article 5: Lead Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Each product has its own estimated production time indicated on its product page, which may vary depending on the current volume of orders.
If multiple items with different lead times are ordered, the order will be shipped in full based on the item with the longest processing time.
Article 6: Payment
Payments are processed through the platforms STRIPE and PAYPAL. ATLANTE PROPS does not have access to or store clients’ banking information.
Article 7: Responsibilities
Delivery times are provided by the shipping carriers. Once the order is dispatched, ATLANTE PROPS cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurring during transit.
For every shipment, ATLANTE PROPS photographs the packaging and final parcel for record in the event of a client complaint regarding packaging issues.
ATLANTE PROPS shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill the contract in cases of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence, such as disruptions or strikes affecting postal, transportation, or communication services.
Clients must have the legal capacity to place an order on the platform. When ordering on behalf of a company, the individual must have the authority to place orders and commit the company to these terms.
ATLANTE PROPS is not responsible for verifying the legal capacity of the client or the authority of the person placing the order for a company.
Should a minor or unauthorized person place an order, their legal guardians or the represented company shall be held fully responsible for the order and its payment.
Article 8: Products
Product photos aim to be as accurate as possible, but perfect similarity cannot be guaranteed, particularly in terms of color and patina. Each patina is unique to the handcrafted item.
Products are offered for sale while visible on the website and subject to available stock, including limited edition items.
Article 9: Damages
If a product arrives damaged, this does not entitle the client to an automatic full or partial refund. The client must contact ATLANTE PROPS to find an appropriate solution, such as sending replacement parts.
If the damage is external to ATLANTE PROPS' specifications (e.g., shipping damage, customer mishandling), replacement parts will not entitle the client to compensation for inconvenience.
If the damage is due to postal mishandling, a claim will be filed with the carrier. The client must await the outcome before requesting a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, Article 10 applies.
Article 10: Refunds
If an order is proven not to meet ATLANTE PROPS' specifications, a refund will be issued upon return of the product. Return shipping costs will be covered by ATLANTE PROPS. Refunds will be made only to the original payment method. No alternative refund methods will be accepted.
No legal or contractual warranty covers defects or characteristics of the products resulting from abnormal or improper use. ATLANTE PROPS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the client or third parties from misuse of the products.
