STARGATE SG-1 - Female Tok'ra Bracelet
Commissioned by the original production molds owner, i had been tasked to produce casting of the female Tok’ra bracelet.

This was a fragile mold. Needed 2 coats of release agents to minimize tears.
As there was no pouring spot, the process was to pour resin on one mold, then putting the other part on top of it. If resin leaked from the side it was a good sign, meant there was enough resin to fill it all.
Castings had been primed, painted, making them wearable, gold leafs were used, and finally clear coated
In order to apply the gold leaf, the area was sanded a bit to give something for the leaf to grap on too when applied spray glue.
Then with a brush, the leaf was pushed into the details, process was repeated until the whole area was covered. It is recommended to apply varnish on top of it to protect it .
