STARGATE SG-1 - Jaffa GDO
Commissioned by the original production molds owner, i had been tasked to produce Jaffa Gdo replicas.
This mold was in very good shape, and not too dry. Process was as follows :
- Spraying release agent (waiting 20 minutes)
- Clamping the molds
- Pouring urethane resin (waiting 1h)
- Demolding
Then, it was just a matter of painting them.
