STARGATE SG-1 - Jaffa Ring Activator

Commissioned by the original production molds owner, i had been tasked to produce Jaffa transport ring activator replicas.

That was one of those old mold that could rip easily, so needed extra care. 2 coats of release agent were necessary to ensure all goes well.
Because the mold was flat, but the prop having a curved shaped, i bought a large plumbing pipe and while the casting was still soft, i strapped the casting around the pipe, and letting it fully cure.

Then, it was a matter of painting, weathering, dry brushing, etc
