STARGATE SG-1 - Jaffa Open Head Staff

I have been comissionned by the original production molds owner to produce a limited run of open head jaffa staff.
I based my work on the staff from the first seasons :

This is a to part mold with a pouring spot, so they are pretty easy to cast.

Just like the TER Mold , casting have lots of defects that needs rework.

A first pass of wetsanding removes most of the defects, highlighting what’s left to be done.

After several hours of sanding and bondo filling, the head was ready to be painted.
